Job summary

Qualifications

• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with staff, clinicians, patients and external stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills in coordinating administrative staff and managing change.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Sound administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office and email/word processing.
• Experience in a customer-focused administrative environment, preferably in healthcare.
