You will coordinate outpatient appointments, keep records accurate, and support the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Key duties include greeting patients, handling enquiries, managing referrals and clinic changes, and arranging interpreters when needed.

Qualifications

• Frontline admin and customer service experience.
• Basic data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and audio typing.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and respond to enquiries with care.
• Manage referrals, appointments and clinic changes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and booking queues.
• Arrange interpreters and patient transport as required.
