• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with staff, clinicians, patients and external stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills coordinating administrative staff and improving practices.
• Sound administrative and computing skills including Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Administrative Officers and oversee rostering.
• Ensure outpatient processes align with policies and improve workflows.
• Promote a customer-focused, collaborative working environment.
• Support service initiatives and change projects within Outpatient Support Services.
• Coordinate staff performance development and opportunities for professional growth.
• Maintain compliance with administrative procedures and Sunrise EMR usage.
• Liaise with clinicians and administrative teams to support patient services.
