Wesfarmers Health is hiring a Team Manager – Outbound (AM) for our Sydney Fulfilment Centre at Marsden Park. You will lead fulfilment, dispatch and safe, efficient operations on the AM shift, reporting to the Operations Manager. Monday to Friday 9 AM–5 PM, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

You will oversee multiple zones, manage staffing, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Inventory and Inbound teams to optimise product flow and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within FMCG, supply chain or a high-volume operational environment.
• Ability to use data to identify problems and develop and implement solutions.
• Proven capability to lead, support and manage change within teams and to implement change.
• Strong communication skills to ensure clear understanding across teams.
• Ability to think long-term goals and plan for organisational success.
• Desirable: formal qualification in Business, Management or Logistics.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage outbound fulfilment activities across multiple zones, ensuring orders are waved, picked and completed on time.
• Oversee dispatch operations: manifesting, issuing to drivers and meeting dispatch targets.
• Monitor daily productivity and accuracy while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Identify staffing requirements to meet service and cost KPIs.
• Train and upskill team members for peak periods and operational demands.
• Analyse QA, fulfilment and dispatch data to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Inventory and Inbound teams to optimise product flow and picking efficiencies.
• Lead and engage the dispatch team and coordinate with other Fulfilment Centre teams.
• Promote a strong safety culture and uphold safety, wellbeing and standards.
