Zusammenfassung

Wesfarmers Health is seeking a Team Manager – Outbound (AM) to lead fulfilment and dispatch at the Sydney Fulfilment Centre, Marsden Park. You will ensure orders are waved, picked, and dispatched on time, while coaching a team across multiple zones.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll drive safe, efficient outcomes, optimise product flow with Inventory and Inbound teams, and use data to inform improvements. Monday–Friday, 9–5.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a leadership role within FMCG, supply chain or a high‑volume operational environment.
• Ability to translate data into practical actions to protect teams and programmes.
• Experience leading change and implementing new processes with minimal disruption.
• Clear and concise communication to all team members and stakeholders.
• Understanding of drivers of success and long‑term planning for teams.

Aufgaben

• Plan and manage fulfilment activities across AFrame, Route, PiE, Case Pick, Fridge and GHIV/DD.
• Oversee dispatch operations, including manifesting and driver handover with targets.
• Monitor daily productivity and accuracy while preserving safety.
• Identify staffing needs to meet service and cost KPIs.
• Train and upskill team members to cover peak activity.
• Analyse QA, fulfilment and dispatch data to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Inventory and Inbound teams to optimise flow.
• Lead and engage the dispatch team across Fulfilment Centre teams.
• Promote and uphold a strong safety culture and standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team feedback.
