Job summary

Wesfarmers Health in Sydney is seeking an experienced Inbound Manager to lead the Receiving function at our Marsden Park Fulfilment Centre. You will report to the Operations Manager and ensure inbound loads are unloaded, receipted and ready to support product availability and service outcomes.

• Proven leadership experience in warehouse/distribution/FMCG.
• Ability to analyse data and implement solutions.
• Experience leading teams through change and driving new processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial and strategic thinking with focus on operational drivers.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights.
• Qualifications in Business, Management or Logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Receiving function across the Fulfilment Centre, ensuring inbound loads are unloaded, receipted and completed in a timely manner.
• Plan workforce requirements and optimise staffing to achieve service and cost KPIs, including peak periods.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy and performance; provide coaching to drive outcomes.
• Analyse inbound operations data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Inventory and Replenishment to ensure proper put-away and fulfilment outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture and a safe, high-performing workplace.
• Champion safety, payroll compliance and wellbeing within the team.
