Job summary

Wesfarmers Health invites an experienced Inbound Manager to join the Sydney Fulfilment Centre in Marsden Park. You will lead the Receiving function, ensuring inbound loads are unloaded, receipted and processed to support product availability and service outcomes.

You will drive operational excellence through people leadership, stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement while fostering a safe, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse or FMCG teams.
• Strong data analysis to drive improvements.
• Proven ability to manage change and adopt new processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Receiving function across the Fulfilment Centre.
• Plan workforce requirements and optimise staffing for service/cost KPIs.
• Monitor productivity and coach for continuous improvement.
• Analyse inbound operations data to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Inventory and Replenishment to optimise put away and fulfilment.
