Job summary

Wesfarmers Health in Marsden Park NSW is seeking an experienced Inbound Manager to lead the Receiving function across our Sydney Fulfilment Centre. You will ensure inbound deliveries are received safely, accurately and efficiently to support product availability.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive operational excellence through people leadership, stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement, while building a positive, safety-focused, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within a warehouse, distribution centre or FMCG environment.
• Ability to analyse data, identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Experience leading through change and adopting new processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial and strategic thinking with balance of short and long-term priorities.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives using data and insights.
• Qualifications in Business, Management, Logistics or related discipline highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Receiving function at the Fulfilment Centre to support downstream operations.
• Plan workforce requirements and optimise staffing to meet service and cost KPIs.
• Monitor productivity, provide coaching to drive excellence and achieve targets.
• Analyse data to drive efficiency, accuracy and service delivery.
• Collaborate with Inventory and Replenishment to ensure proper put away and fulfilment.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture and safety-focused workplace.
• Champion safety, wellbeing and payroll compliance.
