The Extend Group is seeking an OSHC Relief Service Assistant to support after-school and vacation care programs in the western suburbs of Melbourne. The role involves delivering engaging activities, maintaining safety, and preparing healthy snacks while working with a supportive team.

You’ll join a flexible casual team with hourly rates from $36.01 to $45.71 per hour plus 12% super. Additional retention payments apply, and professional development is provided.

Job Details & Role

About your service: Work across our services in western suburbs (Tarneit, Sunshine, Melton).

Hourly Rate: $36.01 - $45.71 Per Hour + 12% Super.

Additional payment of $1.58 - $1.97 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.

• Hours: Monday to Friday availability preferred.
• Timings: 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
• Work up to 5 shifts per week for After School Care.

• Vacation Care: Flexible 30 Hours per week.
• Contract: Casual.
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.

• The Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Certificate III in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Diploma, Bachelors, Masters and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
