Job summary

Brighton Grammar is seeking an OSHC Relief Service Assistant to deliver engaging activities and care for school-aged children on a casual basis. The role offers hourly pay between $37.59 and $47.68, plus 12% super, with up to 30 hours in vacation care and up to five shifts per week.

You will help run before and after school care, create inclusive activities, and support healthy snack options. A Working With Children Check and First Aid/CPR are required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood or related field is required.
• Diploma/Bachelors/Masters levels are acceptable.
• Primary Teaching or School Aged Care qualifications are considered.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create Awesome Experiences: assist in delivering science experiments, sports, fun activities and arts for kids.
• Safety First, Fun Always: maintain a safe, inclusive environment for all children.
• Chef it up: prepare healthy snacks to maintain energy during activities.
• Community Connector: engage stakeholders to build integrated OSHC programs.
