Job summary

Good Samaritan Catholic Primary School, Roxburgh Park, is seeking an OSHC Service Assistant to support after school programs and vacation care. Qualifications

• Must have or be studying toward relevant child care/education qualification.
• Must have Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR.
• Must be willing to obtain Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts for OSHC children.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
• Prepare healthy snacks to keep energy levels up.
• Support the integration of OSHC programs with the school community.

Hourly Rate: $37.59 - $47.68 (Including Worker Retention Payment Scheme) + 12% Super.

• Days Required: Wednesday and Thursday.
• After School Care: 3:15 pm to 6:00 pm.
• Vacation Care: Up to 30 hours per week.
• Contract: Casual.
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.
