Job summary

The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator will lead a service delivering before/after school care and holiday programs, building strong ties with local schools and families. You will design engaging activities for children aged 5–12 and mentor your team to deliver quality care.

Dedicated support from area leadership, flexible hours, and a focus on safety and compliance are provided to help you succeed in a dynamic community environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills for building partnerships with families and schools.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members in a childcare setting.
• Familiarity with OSHC compliance and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging OSHC programs for children aged 5–12.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare within the school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
