Job summary

The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator will lead a school-based service, delivering before/after school care and holiday programs that support local families. You design engaging programs for children aged 5–12 and represent the service in the school community.

You will mentor and support your team, oversee compliance and administrative tasks, and ensure smooth service operations. Hours are 6:30am–9:00am and 2:30pm–6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with weekly admin time.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar). Check details relevant to your state.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own OSHC service, providing before/after school care and holiday programs for local families.
• Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5–12 years.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
