Job summary

The TheirCare Pty OSHC Coordinator leads your own service, delivering trusted before/after school care and holiday programs that support local families. You’ll design engaging programs for children 5 - 12, build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community, and mentor your team while overseeing compliance and admin tasks to keep the service running smoothly.

Hours are 06:30am – 08:30am and 2:30pm – 6:00pm, plus weekly admin hours, Monday to Friday only—no weekend

Qualifications

• ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5–12 years old.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
