Job summary

TheirCare Pty is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead your own service, delivering before- and after-school care and holiday programs that support local families.

You’ll design engaging programs for children aged 5–12, build relationships in your school community, mentor your team, and oversee compliance and admin tasks. Hours: 7:00am–9:00am and 2:15pm–6:30pm, Monday to Friday with weekly admin time.

Qualifications

• ACEQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar)
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check
• HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting
• Food safety & mandatory reporting certificates
• National Criminal History Check (dated within 6 months)

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5–12
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills in the industry
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly
