Job summary

The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator role puts you in charge of a school-based service, delivering before-and-after school care and holiday programs for local families. You will design engaging programs for children aged 5–12 and build strong relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.

You will mentor your team, oversee compliance, and manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation. This flexible, school-aligned role supports work-life balance with structured hours.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and relevant safety certificates.
• National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.

Responsibilities
