Job summary

The OSHC Coordinator role at TheirCare leads a school-based service providing before/after care and holiday programs for children 5–12. You’ll design engaging activities, build trusted relationships with the school community, and help your team grow while managing compliance and admin tasks.

Hours are 7:00am–9:00am and 2:15pm–6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with weekly admin hours. A passion for child wellbeing and relevant ACECQA qualification is required in this friendly, supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• ACEQCA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
• Completed or studying ACECQA-recognised qualification.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5–12 years old.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in the school community.
• Mentor and support the team to develop skills and growth within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
