Job summary

The TheirCare Pty OSHC Coordinator will lead a service delivering before/after school care and holiday programs for local families. You will design engaging activities for children aged 5-12, build strong relationships within the school community, mentor your team, and ensure smooth operational and compliance processes.

Hours are 7:00am–9:00am and 2:15pm–6:00pm, Monday to Friday with weekly admin hours; weekend work is not required.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification.
• WWC Check for your state (valid).
• Willingness to obtain First Aid in a Childcare Setting and other mandatory certificates.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5–12 years old.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.
