Job summary

The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator role leads a school-based service delivering before/after school care and holiday programs across Australia. You will design engaging, age-appropriate activities and build strong relationships within the school community, while supporting staff development and ensuring smooth operations.

Hours are early start and afternoon finish with admin time; Monday to Friday, no weekends.

Qualifications

• ACE CQA-recognised qualification in Teaching/Childcare/Community Services
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting
• Food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5–12.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to grow their skills and careers.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
