TheCare is recruiting an OSHC Coordinator to lead your own service, delivering trusted before and after school care and holiday programs that support local families. You’ll design engaging programs for children aged 5–12, build positive relationships in your school community, mentor your team, and oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.

Hours are 7:00am–9:00am and 2:15pm–6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with admin time.

Formación

• ACECQ A-recognised qualification in Teaching, Childcare or related field.
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
• National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
• Food safety & mandatory reporting certificates.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver engaging OSHC programs for children aged 5–12.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
