Job summary

The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator will lead a service delivering before and after school care and holiday programs for children aged 5–12, designed to engage and support local families.

You will build strong relationships as the face of TheirCare in schools, mentor staff, and ensure compliant, high-quality care. Hours include 7:00am–9:00am and 2:30pm–6:00pm, with weekly admin time and Monday–Friday only.

Qualifications

• ACEQA-recognised qualification required or currently studied (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services or similar).
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety and mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5–12 years.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.
