Job summary

Tyndale Christian School, Strathalbyn, is seeking an OSHC Service Assistant for casual shifts (Mon–Fri, 2:45 pm–5:45 pm). You will help deliver activities, run science experiments, sports events and arts, ensuring a safe, engaging environment for children.

Vacation care can be up to 30 hours/week. Earn $37.59–$47.68 per hour plus 12% super. Casual contract with PD paid training; WWCC and First Aid/CPR required (willingness to obtain others).

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood or higher (or studying toward).
• Valid Working With Children Check and First Aid/CPR.
• Willingness to obtain additional Child Protection training, Anaphylaxis & Asthma management.

Job Details & Role

About your service: Tyndale Christian School, Strathalbyn.

Hourly Rate: $37.59 - $47.68 (Including Worker Retention Payment Scheme) + 12% Super.

• Days Required: Monday to Friday.
• After School Care: 2:45 pm to 5:45 pm.
• Vacation Care: Up to 30 hours per week.
• Contract: Casual.
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.

What You Bring to the Mix

• The Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Certificate III in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Diploma, Bachelors, Masters and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
