Job summary

King's Baptist Grammar School in Mount Barker is seeking an OSHC Service Coordinator for before/after school and vacation care. The role is casual, with five days a week including 6:30–8:30am and 2:35–6:00pm shifts, totaling about 27 hours per week, with up to 30 hours during vacation care.

You will lead engaging activities, ensure safety, and collaborate with a Programs Engagement Manager and compliance team.

Qualifications

• Valid Working With Children Check (WWC).
• Child Protection Training Certificate.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management training (willingness to obtain).

Job Details & Role

About your service: King's Baptist Grammar School, Mount Barker.

Hourly Rate: $47.81 to $50.00 Per Hour + 12% Super.

Additional payment of $2.07 to $2.15 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.

• Days Required: Monday to Friday. Five days per week required.
• Before School Care: 6:30 am to 8:30 am.
• After School Care: 2:35 pm to 6:00 pm.
• Total Hours: 27 hours 5 minutes per week.
• Vacation Care: Up to 30 hours per week.
• Contract: Casual.
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.

• Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
• The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
• The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
