Job summary

Brighton Grammar School is seeking an OSHC Service Coordinator to lead engaging activities, ensure safety, and manage daily operations for after-school care. You will plan science, sports, arts and education programs while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment.

You should have a relevant qualification (Diploma/ Degree) and a strong, warm outlook, with required checks and first aid training or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood, Teaching, Youth Work or related field.
• Warm, engaging personality with a can-do attitude.
• Valid Working With Children Check and First Aid/CPR training (or willing to obtain).

Job Details & Role

About your service: Brighton Grammar School, Brighton.

Hourly Rate: $49.88 - $52.15 Per Hour (Including Worker Retention Payment Scheme) + 12% Super.

• Days Required: Monday to Friday.


• After School Care: 2:35 pm to 6:00 pm.


• Total Hours: 17 hours and 5 minutes per week.


• Contract: Casual.


• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.

• Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.


• The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.


• The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day \"business\" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
