Job summary

Extend After School Care in Bowral is seeking an OOSH Relief Service Coordinator to lead daily programs, ensure safety, and deliver engaging activities for school-aged children. You will design and run activities, manage day-to-day service operations, and work closely with educators and school leadership.

You will coordinate healthy snacks, foster a warm, inclusive environment, and contribute to program assessments with support from our compliance team.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor/Master qualifications in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, School Aged Care or related community services are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and program engaging activities including science experiments, sports tournaments, arts, and educational activities.
• Lead a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Prepare healthy snacks to sustain energy levels during activities.
• Collaborate with Programs Engagement Manager on assessments and ratings with compliance support.
• Build strong connections with children, Educators, and school partners to run integrated OOSH programs.

About your service: Enjoy the variety and flexibility of working in our fantastic service at Bowral, ! You'll have the opportunity to support services, making a real impact while broadening your OOSH leadership experience.

Hourly Rate: $47- $50 Per Hour + 12% Super.

Additional payment of $2.07- $2.15 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.

• Before School Care: 6:45 AM- 8:45 AM.


• After School Care: 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM.


• Hours: Monday to Friday. 3-5 shifts fortnightly.


• Travel: Work close to home


• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.
