Job summary

The Extend Group is seeking an OOSH Relief Service Assistant to support Before/After School Care and Vacation Care at Bowral/Tahmoor. Casual shifts run Monday to Friday with 3-5 shifts fortnightly; enjoy ongoing PD and retention payments above award.

You’ll create engaging activities, ensure safety, and prepare healthy snacks in a flexible OSHC environment. Hourly rate ranges from AUD 37.58 to AUD 47.68 plus 12% super.

Qualifications

• The Vibe: You’re warm, engaging, and have a "can-do" attitude.
• The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
• The Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Certificate III in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Diploma, Bachelors, Masters and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved! (Desirable but not required).

About your service: Enjoy the variety and flexibility of working in our fantastic service at Bowral! You’ll have the opportunity to support services across Bowral and Tahmoor making a real impact while broadening your OOSH leadership experience.

Hourly Rate: $37.58 - $47.68 (Including Worker Retention Payment Scheme) + 12% Super.

• Before School Care: 6:45 AM- 8:45 AM.


• After School Care: 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM.


• Days Required: Monday to Friday. 3-5 shifts fortnightly.


• Vacation Care:Up to 30 hours per week. (only include if vac is offered at school).


• Contract: Casual.


• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.
