Job summary

Trinity Grammar School, Kew is seeking an OSHC Service Coordinator to oversee after‑school care programs. You will plan engaging activities across science, sports, arts and education while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment for children.

You will supervise healthy snack preparation, collaborate with the Programs Engagement Manager on assessments, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations with support from our compliance team.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor/Masters in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care.
• Valid Working With Children Check and First Aid/CPR.
• Willingness to obtain Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management training.

Responsibilities

• Plan and program engaging activities across science, sports, arts and education.
• Lead a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
• Prepare healthy snacks to sustain energy levels throughout the afternoon.
• Collaborate with Programs Engagement Manager and compliance team on assessments and ratings.
• Engage with families and staff to build trusted, connected OSHC programs.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

About your service: Trinity Grammar School, Kew

Hourly Rate: $49.88 - $52.15 Per Hour (Including Worker Retention Payment Scheme) + 12% Super.

• Days Required: Monday to Friday. Five days per week required.
• After School Care: 2:15 pm to 6:00 pm.
• Total Hours: 18 hours and 45 minutes per week.
• Contract: Casual.
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.
