Job summary

Trinity Grammar School, Kew, is seeking an OSHC Service Coordinator to lead after‑school programs. You’ll plan engaging activities, ensure a safe, inclusive environment and build strong connections with children, families and staff.

This casual role offers an hourly rate of $49.88–$52.15 plus 12% super, five days per week, 18 hours 45 minutes total, from 2:15 pm to 6:00 pm. PD sessions are paid, and retention payments are above award.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor's or Masters in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, School Aged Care, Youth Work or Community Services.
• Warm, engaging personality with a can-do attitude.
• Valid Working With Children Check and First Aid/CPR or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to build trust with children, families and school leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan engaging activities and epic programs for OSHC.
• Lead a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
• Prepare healthy snacks to maintain energy levels.
• Collaborate with Programs Engagement Manager on assessments and ratings with compliance support.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure integrated OSHC programs.
• Manage day-to-day operations so the service runs smoothly.
