Job summary

TheCare is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead a school-based service, delivering before/after school and holiday programs that support local families. You will design engaging activities for children aged 5–12, build strong relationships within the school community, and mentor a team to grow their skills.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-recognised qualification completed or currently studying.
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own OSHC service, delivering before/after school and holiday programs.
• Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5–12.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop skills and growth.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
