Job summary

The TheirCare Pty OSHC Coordinator will lead a school-based service in Melbourne, delivering before/after school care and holiday programs for local families. You will design and deliver engaging activities for children aged 5–12, build strong relationships with the school community, and mentor your team to grow within the OSHC industry.

This role oversees compliance and administration, ensuring smooth operations with early morning and afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-recognised qualification required or current studies.
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and relevant safety certificates.
• National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead a service delivering before/after school and holiday programs.
• Design and deliver engaging programs for 5–12 years.
• Mentor and support staff for growth within the industry.
