Job summary

The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator role leads a service providing trusted before and after school care and holiday programs for local families. You will design engaging programs for children aged 5–12, build relationships within the school community and mentor your team to develop skills and compliance.

Hours are 7:00am–9:00am and 2:15pm–6:30pm, Monday to Friday with weekly admin time. Strong emphasis on child safety and wellbeing guides our supportive environment.

Qualifications

• ACEQA-recognised qualification in Teaching, Childcare, or Community Services.
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and relevant safety certificates.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging programs for children aged 5–12.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop skills and growth within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.
