Job summary

TheirCare Pty is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead before and after school care and holiday programs, supporting local families in Sydney. You will design engaging activities, build strong school-community relationships, and mentor your team to grow professionally.

Hours are 7:00am–9:00am and 2:15pm–6:30pm, Monday to Friday with weekly admin time. A relevant ACECQA qualification, WWCC, and first aid training are required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
• A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and required safety certificates.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5–12.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
