Job summary

The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator role leads a school-based service delivering before/after school care and holiday programs to local families. You will design engaging activities for children aged 5–12, build strong community relationships, and mentor your team to grow within the industry.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, and mandatory reporting certificates.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own OSHC service and deliver before/after school care and holiday programs.
• Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5–12.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop skills and growth.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
