Job summary

Your OSHC Coordinator role at TheirCare Pty involves leading your own service with before/after school care and holiday programs for local families. You’ll design engaging activities for 5–12 year olds and serve as the school community’s face, while mentoring staff and ensuring compliance and smooth administration.

Hours span 7:00am–9:00am and 2:15pm–6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with weekly admin time. A genuine passion for children’s development helps you thrive in a supportive, energetic team.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5 - 12 years of age.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.
