The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator role leads a service delivering before/after school care and holiday programs for local families. You will design engaging programs for children aged 5–12, build strong relationships within the school community, and mentor your team to grow their skills while ensuring compliance and smooth operations.

Hours are early mornings and late afternoons with weekly admin time, Monday to Friday only.

Qualificações

• Completion or ongoing study of an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services or similar).
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates.
• National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in schools.
• Mentor and support your team to develop skills and growth.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep services running smoothly.
