Job summary

The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator will lead a service, delivering before and after school care and holiday programs to local families in Melbourne. You will design engaging activities for 5–12 year olds and build strong relationships within the school community.

You will mentor staff, manage day-to-day compliance and administrative tasks, and ensure smooth operation with supportive leadership from your Area Manager and Head Office.

Qualifications

• ACECQ A-recognised qualification required (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5 - 12 years of age.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.
