Job summary

The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator role leads a school-based service, delivering before/after school care and holiday programs for children aged 5–12 in Victoria. You’ll design engaging activities, build strong relationships with families and staff, and mentor your team to grow within the OSHC sector.

Hours are early mornings and late afternoons, Monday to Friday, with weekly admin time. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and community engagement within a vibrant, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• ACEQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar) either completed or currently studying.
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check (dated within 6 months).

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5–12.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
