Job summary

The TheirCare Pty team in Melbourne is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead before/after school and holiday programs for local families. You’ll design engaging activities for children aged 5–12, and build strong relationships with schools and families while mentoring your team to grow in the childcare sector.

Overseeing compliance and administration, you’ll ensure a smooth-running service with early mornings and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday, plus admin time to balance work and life.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Will obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and relevant safety certificates.
• National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5-12 years old.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in schools.
• Mentor and support your team to grow within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
