The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator role leads your own service, delivering trusted before and after school care and holiday programs that support local families.

You will design engaging programs for children aged 5–12, build strong relationships in your school community, mentor your team, and oversee compliance and admin tasks, with hours 6:30am–9:00am and 2:15pm–6:15pm, Monday to Friday.

Competenze

• Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
• Willingness to obtain required certifications (First Aid, etc.)

Mansioni

• Lead your own OSHC service providing before/after school care and holiday programs.
• Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5–12.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
