Job summary

The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator role leads an on-site service delivering before and after school care plus holiday programs for local families. You will design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5–12, represent TheirCare in the school community, and support your team to grow professionally.

You will oversee compliance tasks, admin duties, and ensure smooth service operation. A relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification and a current Working with Children Check are required or in

Qualifications

• Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification.
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in the school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop skills and growth within the industry.
