Job summary

TheirCare Pty Ltd. is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead their service with before/after school care and holiday programs for local families. You will design engaging activities for children aged 5–12 and act as the community face in your school.

You will mentor staff, ensure compliance and manage administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly. Ongoing training and supportive management accompany the role.

Qualifications

• ACECQ-recognised qualification required or currently studying.
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, Food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging OSHC programs for children 5–12.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.

Education

ACECQ-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar)
