Job summary

The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator role leads a service, delivering before/after school care and holiday programs that support local families in Melbourne. You’ll design engaging activities for children aged 5–12 and represent TheirCare within the school community.

You’ll mentor staff, oversee compliance, and manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Hours are 7:00–9:00 and 14:15–18:30, Monday to Friday, with weekly admin time.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar).
• Strong communication and relational skills with families and schools.
• Ability to mentor and support team members to develop skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging OSHC programs for children aged 5–12.
• Act as the face of TheirCare in your school community and build positive relationships.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills in the OSHC sector.
• Oversee compliance and admin tasks to ensure smooth service operation.
