Job summary

The Extend Group is seeking an OSHC Service Coordinator for Glenroy, NSW. You will lead after‑school and vacation care programs, plan engaging activities, ensure safety, and manage day‑to‑day operations with support from our compliance team.

You should have a Diploma or degree in Early Childhood/Education, strong communication, and a warm, can‑do attitude. The role offers hourly pay of AUD 47.81–50.00 plus 12% super, with retention payment scheme eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and program engaging activities (science, sports, arts) for OSHC.

• Collaborate with Programs Engagement Manager and compliance team.
• Engage with school leadership and stakeholders to ensure integrated programs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the service.

About your service: Glenroy West Primary School, Glenroy.

Hourly Rate: $47.81 to $50.00 Per Hour + 12% Super.

Additional payment of $2.07 to $2.15 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.

• Before School Care: 6:50 am to 8:40 am.
• After School Care: 2:45 pm to 6:00 pm.
• Hours: Monday to Friday. Guaranteed all school days.

• Vacation Care: Flexible 38 Hours per week.
• Travel: Work close to home
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.

As our OSHC Service Coordinator you will:

• Be the Visionary: You’re the boss of the service! You’ll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
• Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
• Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
• Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
• The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
• The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
