Job summary

Paxus Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to support transformational change initiatives within a large organisation. The role is based in Adelaide with a hybrid arrangement requiring 2–3 days in the office and a 6-month contract.

• Demonstrated experience in Organisational Change Management.
• Knowledge of change management tools and methodologies.
• Experience supporting change and communications in large organisations.

• Experience in mining or utilities sector preferred.
• Relevant change management certifications highly regarded.

Organisational Change Manager

Location: Adelaide Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office Contract: 6 months

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to support and lead transformational change initiatives within a large organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organisational change strategy, agenda and implementation plan.
• Develop and facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Support the development and testing of processes, procedures and work instructions.
• Develop and manage change strategies, plans and schedules covering stakeholder engagement, training, education and communications.
• Monitor and report on change management activities and progress.
• Identify, manage and report on issues and risks impacting successful change delivery.
• Work closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to support change outcomes.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in Organisational Change Management.
• Strong knowledge of change management tools, methodologies and techniques.
• Experience supporting change and communications within a large or complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience in the mining or utilities sector is preferred.
• Relevant change management certifications will be highly regarded.
