Job description

• Experience in Organisational Change Management, including portfolio-level change, public sector delivery, and benefits realisation

An exciting opportunity exists for Senior Organisational Change Management professionals to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives within a high-profile digital capability environment. These roles will play a critical part in uplifting change maturity, driving adoption across complex programs, and ensuring strategic initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes. Working closely with senior executives and program teams, you will influence, guide and embed meaningful transformation across a diverse portfolio of work.

Your duties will include:

• Developing and implementing a structured change management framework and associated templates to uplift organisational maturity
• Providing strategic change advice and hands-on delivery across complex digital and ICT programs
• Leading stakeholder engagement initiatives, including executive briefings and change champion networks
• Conducting change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and resistance management planning
• Designing and delivering integrated change, communication, and training plans across multiple projects
• Supporting benefits mapping, benefits profiling, and ongoing benefits realisation activities

Skills and Experience we are looking for:

• Demonstrated experience as an Organisational Change Manager
• Proven experience delivering change across complex public sector portfolios, programs, and projects
• Strong capability in developing and embedding change frameworks, strategies, and integrated roadmaps
• Experience integrating change methodologies into both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
• Demonstrated experience in benefits realisation management and development of benefits artefacts
• Formal change management certification (PROSCI highly regarded) and ability to tailor methodologies to suit complex environments
