Job summary

Paxus Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to support transformational change initiatives within a large organisation. The role is based in Adelaide with a hybrid arrangement requiring 2–3 days in the office and a 6-month contract.

You will lead the change strategy, facilitate workshops, and work with stakeholders to ensure change outcomes. The ideal candidate has strong change management experience, stakeholder engagement skills, and knowledge of

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in Organisational Change Management.
Knowledge of change management tools and methodologies.
Experience supporting change and communications in large organisations.
Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
Experience in mining or utilities sector preferred.
Relevant change management certifications highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Lead the change strategy, agenda and implementation plan.
Develop and facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Support development and testing of processes, procedures and work instructions.
Develop and manage change strategies, plans covering engagement, training and communications.
Monitor and report on change activities and progress.
Identify and report on issues and risks impacting delivery.
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to support change outcomes.
