Job summary

A leading consultancy in Adelaide is looking for an experienced IT Organisational Change Manager to drive the adoption of major cyber security and AI initiatives across a large-scale transformation portfolio. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in leading organisational change within complex environments and a strong ability to engage senior stakeholders. This contract position offers a hybrid work model and is set to start ASAP until December.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Organisational Change Manager to support a large, multi-year transformation portfolio focused on cyber security and emerging technology initiatives. This role will sit within a dedicated IT Change function and play a critical part in driving the successful adoption of major Cyber Security and AI initiatives across a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management for large-scale IT initiatives
• Design and implement comprehensive change strategies and adoption plans
• Partner with senior leaders to embed sustainable behavioural and cultural change
• Develop and execute enterprise-wide communication strategies
• Deliver targeted stakeholder engagement to support readiness and buy-in
• Coordinate change activities across complex cyber security and AI programs

Location & Availability

Adelaide (Hybrid)

ASAP Start – Contract until December

• 5+ years’ experience leading large-scale IT organisational change within complex environments
• Demonstrated experience supporting cyber security or digital transformation programs
