Vertiv is seeking a Customer Service Project Coordinator in Australia to partner with Sales, create and manage orders, and drive the workflow from quote to invoice.

The role requires coordinating with planning, production, and finance teams, ensuring timely communication with customers, and resolving issues to meet contractual terms and invoicing requirements. Strong MS Office skills and Oracle experience are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with planning to schedule production dates.
• Communicate with customers and process partners regarding order status, changes, or issues.
• Proactively manage customer needs through communication and problem resolution.
• Use problem solving to manage orders, ensure policies, terms and conditions, escalations, and invoices are met.
• Coordinate with Operations Management and Supply Chain to meet customer demands against inventory and production schedules.
• Contribute to process improvement via Vertiv Operating System.
• Support Sales Offices with assigned tasks.
• Oversee periodic close process for client invoices and project costs.
• Manage project financial closeout with the project team and ensure invoices match PO/tables.
• Supervise current projects and coordinate with team members to maintain workflow.
• Manage project-related paperwork and audits.
