Job summary

Prysmian Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the I&C Project team on tier one construction projects nationwide.

You will manage customer interactions, coordinate delivery, and ensure accurate tender documentation while liaising with planning, production, and commercial teams. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and numerical accuracy, with Excel proficiency and SAP experience considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination/administration roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities.
• A keen eye for detail and numerical accuracy, especially with tenders and delivery schedules.
• Proficiency with Excel; SAP experience is advantageous.
• Relevant qualifications in project management, business, sales, engineering or finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project customer interactions and quotes.
• Coordinate project delivery and internal/external communications.
• Liaise between the customer project team and planning/production to create a project supply plan.
• Support BDM with customer events/site attendance as needed.
• Communicate across internal teams including commercial, planning, warehousing, logistics, and production.
• Maintain project progress and summary reports.
• Perform ad-hoc duties within the TI channel and related tasks.
• Prepare tender quotes and relevant documentation.
