Job summary

Vertiv Group is seeking a Customer Service Project Coordinator in Sydney, Australia. The role focuses on coordinating orders from quote to invoice, maintaining clear communication with customers and internal partners, and ensuring accurate invoicing and project cost tracking.

You will work with sales partners to manage production dates, track order changes, and resolve issues while supporting audit requests and process improvements across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with planning team to schedule production dates and manage order status.
• Communicate with customers and process partners regarding order status and changes.
• Proactively manage customer needs through communication and problem resolution.
• Ensure invoices are correctly issued and align with purchase and change orders.
• Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to meet demand against inventory and schedules.
• Participate in process improvement activities within Vertiv Operating System.
